Tim first got into the real estate industry at the insistence of his uncle, also a realtor, who recognized in Tim an innate ability to anticipate concerns and handle them with care. Following a lengthy career as a mortgage lender and through first-hand experiences buying, owning and selling more than 25 personal properties, he had acquired a substantial knowledge of the field. He sought to get his license to create a business built around alleviating common customer pain points. Tim joined Michael Saunders & Company after working for other local brokers and continues to elevate his standard of service to meet the needs of all customers at all price points. He adheres to the “golden rule,” when it comes to any real estate experience – to treat every purchase or sale as if it were his own. Customers sense this in working with Tim and note that his attention to even the smallest details have allowed them to put their full trust in him with one of their largest investments.

When not helping buyers and sellers, Tim enjoys being out in nature, soaking in as much of the Florida sun as possible, and spending time with his neighbors in Lakewood Ranch.
